DESCRIPTION:Give yourself the gift of Reiki!\n\nReiki is an energy balancing modality that induces a state of peace and joy in the body\, mind and spirit. It can also be thought of as a massage for the soul. It is so relaxing that just one hour of treatment can be equivalent to four hours of sleep. While Reiki mainly focuses on the subtler levels of being such as emotional and spiritual aspects\, it can bring deep balance to the physical body.\n\nA Level 1 Attunement is a gentle introduction to the energy. While Reiki works on all aspects of being (physical\, mental\, emotional\, and spiritual)\, at Level 1 the energy appears to work most prominently on the physical level. Once attuned\, Reiki can be given to the self or others present by laying hands on the recipient.\n\nAs one progresses along the path of Reiki\, through getting attunements\, treatments and incorporating the philosophy of Reiki in their daily life\, a deeper unfolding comes forth: that it reveals itself as a way of connecting to one's authentic self\, that one realizes that they are already whole\, perfect and complete.\n\nThe class will include a Reiki level 1 Attunement\, guided imagery meditation\, a manual\, hands on experience and the confidence to connect and use the Reiki energy outside of class.\n\nTo adequately prepare\, please sign up at least 3 days in advance to receive the preparatory instructions.
