In fact\, we target a selection of 250 beer varieties as opposed to the possible thousands to ensure the rapid rotation of our stock.\n\nOther ways we keep beer its freshest is to refrigerate everything the minute it hits our doors\, maintain optimal lighting conditions and use an inventory system that informs us when a beer should be pulled from the coolers.
