SUMMARY:Sunday Worship Service
DESCRIPTION:You are invited to join us as we gather to worship and celebrate Jesus. All are welcome!\n\n \nOur goal currently is to re-start opening our doors on Sunday mornings beginning Father's Day weekend (June 21st). I wanted to let you all know this now as I feel it is important to be upfront on a situation this fluid and serious. I also wanted to let you know that we are taking multiple precautions to ensure the safety of the people gathered. Below are some of the ways we are trying to be pre-emptive in our attempts to have people together but still be mindful of the current situation we find ourselves in. \n\n\n\n	We have adjusted our seating to ensure there is a 6ft gap between chairs\, this has cut our capacity down significantly. We will also be encouraging households to sit together in closer groups.\n	With the reduced capacity we are going to hold 2 services on Sundays for at least the first 4 weeks of gathering. Those services will be at 9am and 11am\, I'd love to see you at one of them! \n	We will expect anyone attending to be wearing face masks\, if someone arrives without a mask we will have some provided. We also have hand sanitizer located at the doors as well as a fresh stock of anti-bacterial soap in the bathrooms and gloves available. \n	Before we launch\, and after each service we will have a team of people who will disinfect all surfaces and frequently touched areas. \n	We are going to have little to no congregational singing happening\, which also means our service will be kept to around an hour (assuming I can learn how to not talk so much).\n	We will also have signage posted in the building regarding the signs and symptoms of Covid-19 as well as proper hygiene reminders.\n\n\n \n\nI am very thankful for the Roscoe Village community and the encouragement and support our church has received. Please know I am taking this situation very seriously and am doing everything we can to ensure this to be a smooth transition. If you have any questions for me I'd be happy to answer them. I pray for you and the rest of our city leadership daily\, and will continue to as we move forward and see great growth in our wonderful city.
