Charcuterie 101
It's class time! Learn how to style your own charcuterie board featuring cheeses, meats and wine at Frasca on February 29 in this interactive afternoon experience.
Guests will dive into the process of creating their own custom charcuterie board as they taste their way through various styles of charcuterie, cheeses and a selection of wine to pair it with.
Tickets are $35/person and include wine, class and all charcuterie materials. Wine will also be available for purchase to take home.
