Mental Health First Aid is a public education course that introduces participants to risk factors and warning signs of mental health problems,builds understanding of their impact and overviews common treatments.
The youth course is targeted towards professionals who work with adolescents and young adults age 1-18.
Participans receive lunch, a course manual , a resource folder, and a certificate of completion valid for three years.
