Mental Health First Aid is a public education course that brings awareness to mental health issues by introducing participants to risk factors and warning signs of mental health problems,builds understanding of their impact and overviews common treatments.
The youth curriculum is targeted towards professionals who work with adolescents and young adults age 12-18.
Participants receive lunch, a course manual, a resource folder, and a certificate of completion that is valid for three years.
