Events & Marketing Manager

Job Description:
The Pony Inn, a fun bar in Lakeview, is looking for a Marketing & Events Manager to help manage and grow our business. If you're creative, detail-oriented, and enjoy a variety of tasks, this might be a great fit for you!

You’ll be handling everything from managing our social media accounts, website updates, content creation, and helping out with light event planning. Weekly in person check-ins with the owners will help keep everything on track.

Social media is a huge part of our marketing efforts, we want someone who can come up with engaging posts that get people excited to visit the bar. You’ll also be responsible for making sure the website is updated with our latest events, specials, and promos using BentoBox. Plus, you’ll create digital assets like graphics, photos, and videos using Canva to update our tavi tv displays. 

We use Mailchimp for email marketing, so you'll need to send out two monthly blasts to let our customers know about upcoming events, specials, and other updates.

You’ll also plan and promote events like trivia nights, sporting events, major drinking holidays like St. Patrick's day, and game-day watch parties.
