Eden’s culinary approach, led by Chef Devon Quinn, revolves around new American cuisine, which emphasizes simplicity and cleanliness in every dish. The restaurant sets itself apart by prioritizing using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Eden’s commitment to quality is apparent in the careful selection of ingredients obtained daily and weekly from a strong network of local farms, markets, and suppliers. In addition to this dedication, the restaurant has an on-site greenhouse that grows herbs, edible flowers, leafy greens, and petite produce used in their lunch, brunch, dinner, and dessert menus. The space is inspired by a blend of elements from European and West Coast design, hopes to provide a sophisticated yet welcoming place for people to enjoy our modern American cuisine.
