About Us

Lincoln Park Therapy Group is a Chicago-based mental health practice offering warm, evidence-based therapy for individuals, couples, teens, and families. With offices serving Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Ravenswood, and surrounding neighborhoods, our therapists support clients navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, relationship challenges, parenting stress, ADHD, grief, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions.

We believe therapy should feel approachable, human, and grounded in real connection. Our practice is committed to creating inclusive, compassionate spaces where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow. We value thoughtful, relationship-centered care and work collaboratively to help clients build healthier relationships with themselves and the people around them.

In addition to therapy services, Lincoln Park Therapy Group is passionate about emotional wellness education, community connection, and supporting healthier, more connected communities throughout Chicago.
