Mental Health First Aid (Adult)
Mental Health First Aid is a public education course that brings awareness to mental health issues and reduces stigma by introducing participants to risk factors and warning signs of mental health problems, builds understanding of their impact and overviews common treatments.
Participants receive a lunch,course manual, folder with handouts, and a certificate of completion that is valid for three years.
